महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-112, verse-35

यदि धर्मं यथाशक्ति जन्मप्रभृति सेवते ।
ततः स पुरुषो भूत्वा सेवते नित्यदा सुखम् ॥३५॥
35. yadi dharmaṁ yathāśakti janmaprabhṛti sevate ,
tataḥ sa puruṣo bhūtvā sevate nityadā sukham.

35. If one practices natural law (dharma) to the best of one's ability from birth onwards, then that person, having become a (puruṣa) person, constantly experiences happiness.
