महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-112, verse-104

विश्वासेन तु निक्षिप्तं यो निह्नवति मानवः ।

104. The human being who denies something entrusted in confidence, such a person, having lost their life, is reborn in the species of a fish.
