श्वयोनौ तु स संभूतस्त्रीणि वर्षाणि जीवति ।
तत्रापि निधनं प्राप्तः कृमियोनौ प्रजायते ॥४८॥

48. That person, reborn in the womb of a dog, lives for three years. Having met his death even there, he is then born in the womb of a worm.
