महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-112, verse-15

तस्मान्न्यायागतैरर्थैर्धर्मं सेवेत पण्डितः ।
धर्म एको मनुष्याणां सहायः पारलौकिकः ॥१५॥
15. tasmānnyāyāgatairarthairdharmaṁ seveta paṇḍitaḥ ,
dharma eko manuṣyāṇāṁ sahāyaḥ pāralaukikaḥ.
15. tasmāt nyāyāgataiḥ arthaiḥ dharmam seveta paṇḍitaḥ
dharmaḥ ekaḥ manuṣyāṇām sahāyaḥ pāralaukikaḥ
15. tasmāt paṇḍitaḥ nyāyāgataiḥ arthaiḥ dharmam seveta
dharmaḥ ekaḥ manuṣyāṇām pāralaukikaḥ sahāyaḥ
15. Therefore, a wise person should practice righteous conduct (dharma) using resources obtained through just means. Righteous conduct (dharma) alone is the transcendent helper for human beings.
