महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-281, verse-54

मार्कण्डेय उवाच ।
तथेत्युक्त्वा तु तान्पाशान्मुक्त्वा वैवस्वतो यमः ।
धर्मराजः प्रहृष्टात्मा सावित्रीमिदमब्रवीत् ॥५४॥
54. mārkaṇḍeya uvāca ,
tathetyuktvā tu tānpāśānmuktvā vaivasvato yamaḥ ,
dharmarājaḥ prahṛṣṭātmā sāvitrīmidamabravīt.
54. Mārkaṇḍeyaḥ uvāca | tathā iti
uktvā tu tān pāśān muktvā
vaivasvataḥ yamaḥ | dharmarājaḥ
prahṛṣṭātmā sāvitrīm idam abravīt
54. Mārkaṇḍeya said: Having said, "So be it," Yama, the son of Vivasvān and the king of justice (dharma), with a joyous heart, released those nooses and said this to Sāvitrī.
