महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-281, verse-44

सावित्र्युवाच ।
ममात्मजं सत्यवतस्तथौरसं भवेदुभाभ्यामिह यत्कुलोद्वहम् ।
शतं सुतानां बलवीर्यशालिनामिदं चतुर्थं वरयामि ते वरम् ॥४४॥
44. sāvitryuvāca ,
mamātmajaṁ satyavatastathaurasaṁ; bhavedubhābhyāmiha yatkulodvaham ,
śataṁ sutānāṁ balavīryaśālinā;midaṁ caturthaṁ varayāmi te varam.
44. sāvitrī uvāca mama ātmajam satyavataḥ
tathā aurasam bhavet ubhābhyām iha
yat kulodvaham śatam sutānām balavīryaśālinām
idam caturtham varayāmi te varam
44. Savitri said: May my son Satyavan have a hundred legitimate sons, possessed of strength and valor, who would perpetuate the lineage for both of us in this world. This is the fourth boon I request from you.
