ममानपत्यः पृथिवीपतिः पिता भवेत्पितुः पुत्रशतं ममौरसम् ।
कुलस्य संतानकरं च यद्भवेत्तृतीयमेतं वरयामि ते वरम् ॥३७॥

Savitri said: 'May my father, the king, who is childless, have a hundred legitimate sons, which would ensure the continuity of my family (kula). This third boon I ask from you.'
