महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-137, verse-95

अधर्मज्ञस्य विलयं प्रजा गच्छन्त्यनिग्रहात् ।
राजा मूलं त्रिवर्गस्य अप्रमत्तोऽनुपालयन् ॥९५॥
