पिता हि राजा राष्ट्रस्य प्रजानां योऽनुकम्पकः ।

100. For the king is indeed the father of the kingdom, who is compassionate towards his subjects. If he is wrongly guided or acts unjustly, then humanity (mānava) certainly goes astray.
