महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-88, verse-99

एवमाश्वासिता कुन्ती प्रत्युवाच जनार्दनम् ।
पुत्राधिभिरभिध्वस्ता निगृह्याबुद्धिजं तमः ॥९९॥
99. evamāśvāsitā kuntī pratyuvāca janārdanam ,
putrādhibhirabhidhvastā nigṛhyābuddhijaṁ tamaḥ.
99. evam āśvāśitā kuntī prati uvāca janārdanam
putrādhibhiḥ abhidhvastā nigṛhya abuddhijaṃ tamaḥ
99. Thus comforted, Kunti, though afflicted by anxieties for her sons, controlled the darkness (tamas) born of ignorance and replied to Janārdana.
