महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-88, verse-75

अस्मिंश्चेदागते काले कालो वोऽतिक्रमिष्यति ।
लोकसंभाविताः सन्तः सुनृशंसं करिष्यथ ॥७५॥
75. asmiṁścedāgate kāle kālo vo'tikramiṣyati ,
lokasaṁbhāvitāḥ santaḥ sunṛśaṁsaṁ kariṣyatha.
75. asmin cet āgate kāle kālaḥ vaḥ atikramiṣyati
lokasaṃbhāvitāḥ santaḥ sunṛśaṃsaṃ kariṣyatha
75. If this opportune moment, having arrived, passes you by, then you, despite being esteemed by people, will commit a great cruelty.
