सेन्द्रादिषु च देवेषु तस्य चैश्वर्यमुच्यते ।
स चैव व्याहृते लोके मनुष्याणां शुभाशुभे ॥७३॥

73. sendrādiṣu ca deveṣu tasya caiśvaryamucyate ,
sa caiva vyāhṛte loke manuṣyāṇāṁ śubhāśubhe.

73. And among the gods, beginning with Indra, his sovereignty (aiśvarya) is proclaimed. And it is he, indeed, who determines the good and evil of humans in this declared world.
