महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-173, verse-18

तस्मै नमस्तु कुर्वन्तो देवास्तिष्ठन्ति वै दिवि ।
ये चान्ये मानवा लोके ये च स्वर्गजितो नराः ॥१८॥
18. tasmai namastu kurvanto devāstiṣṭhanti vai divi ,
ye cānye mānavā loke ye ca svargajito narāḥ.
18. tasmai namaḥ tu kurvantaḥ devāḥ tiṣṭhanti vai divi
ye ca anye mānavāḥ loke ye ca svargajitaḥ narāḥ
18. tasmai tu devāḥ divi namas kurvantaḥ vai tiṣṭhanti
ca ye anye mānavāḥ loke ca ye svargajitaḥ narāḥ
18. Indeed, the gods in heaven offer homage (namas) to him, and so do other humans in this world, as well as those men who have conquered heaven.
