I take refuge in the Great Lord (maheśvara) who bears the mark of a bull, who is noble like a bull or the best among the noble, who is the bull or the best (among beings), whose gaze is like a bull's or who has excellent eyes, whose weapon is a bull or whose weapon is (dharma), whose arrow is a bull or whose arrow is (dharma), and who embodies the bull or (dharma).
