महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-173, verse-6

न पद्भ्यां स्पृशते भूमिं न च शूलं विमुञ्चति ।
शूलाच्छूलसहस्राणि निष्पेतुस्तस्य तेजसा ॥६॥

6. He does not touch the earth with his feet, nor does he let go of the spear. From that spear, thousands of spears emerged due to his (the person's) energy.
