महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-173, verse-22

काम्याय हरिनेत्राय स्थाणवे पुरुषाय च ।
हरिकेशाय मुण्डाय कृशायोत्तरणाय च ॥२२॥
22. kāmyāya harinetrāya sthāṇave puruṣāya ca ,
harikeśāya muṇḍāya kṛśāyottaraṇāya ca.

And to the one with golden hair (Harikeśa), to the shaven-headed one (Muṇḍa), to the emaciated one (Kṛśa), and to the deliverer (Uttaraṇa).
