महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-173, verse-100

एष वै भगवान्देवः संग्रामे याति तेऽग्रतः ।
येन दत्तानि तेऽस्त्राणि यैस्त्वया दानवा हताः ॥१००॥

100. eṣa vai bhagavāndevaḥ saṁgrāme yāti te'grataḥ ,
yena dattāni te'strāṇi yaistvayā dānavā hatāḥ.

100. Indeed, this divine lord (Bhagavān), the god, goes before you in battle. It is by him that weapons were given to you, and with those very weapons, you slew the Dānavas.
