महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-83, verse-84

इदं सत्यं द्विजातीनां साधूनामात्मजस्य च ।
सुहृदां च जपेत्कर्णे शिष्यस्यानुगतस्य च ॥८४॥
84. idaṁ satyaṁ dvijātīnāṁ sādhūnāmātmajasya ca ,
suhṛdāṁ ca japetkarṇe śiṣyasyānugatasya ca.
