महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-83, verse-51

तत्र मासं वसेद्धीरो नियतो नियताशनः ।
ब्रह्मलोकं व्रजेद्राजन्पुनीते च कुलं नरः ॥५१॥
51. tatra māsaṁ vaseddhīro niyato niyatāśanaḥ ,
brahmalokaṁ vrajedrājanpunīte ca kulaṁ naraḥ.
51. tatra māsaṃ vaset dhīraḥ niyataḥ niyatāśanaḥ
brahmalokaṃ vrajet rājan punīte ca kulaṃ naraḥ
51. O King, a wise person (dhīra), self-controlled and eating moderately, who dwells there for a month, goes to the world of Brahma (brahmaloka) and purifies his family.
