महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-83, verse-114

युधिष्ठिरोऽपि धर्मात्मा तमेवार्थं विचिन्तयन् ।
तीर्थयात्राश्रयं पुण्यमृषीणां प्रत्यवेदयत् ॥११४॥
114. yudhiṣṭhiro'pi dharmātmā tamevārthaṁ vicintayan ,
tīrthayātrāśrayaṁ puṇyamṛṣīṇāṁ pratyavedayat.
114. yudhiṣṭhiraḥ api dharmātmā tam eva artham vicintayan

114. Yudhishthira, whose intrinsic nature (dharma) was righteousness, also contemplated that very topic and then reported to the sages about the merit (puṇya) associated with pilgrimage (tīrthayātrā).
