षड्विंशः पञ्चविंशं च चतुर्विंशं च पश्यति ।
न तु पश्यति पश्यंस्तु यश्चैनमनुपश्यति ॥७०॥

70. paśyaṁstathaivāpaśyaṁśca paśyatyanyastathānagha ,
ṣaḍviṁśaḥ pañcaviṁśaṁ ca caturviṁśaṁ ca paśyati ,
na tu paśyati paśyaṁstu yaścainamanupaśyati.

70.
O sinless one, another [individual] perceives, simultaneously seeing and not seeing. The twenty-sixth principle (brahman) sees the twenty-fifth principle (puruṣa) and the twenty-fourth [material] principles. But one who attempts to perceive this [twenty-sixth principle] does not truly see it, even though he observes.
