14. saḥ asau yajñasṛṣṭirūpaḥ jagadvṛttau vyavasthitaḥ dviguṇāṇḍāt bahiḥ pṛthvī,

14. That very being, whose form is the creation of sacred ritual (yajña), is established in the functioning of the world. Outside the cosmic egg (brahmāṇḍa) is the Earth, and water (jala) is twice the size of the Earth.
