योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-128, verse-16

व्यस्तेन च समस्तेन व्यापिना ग्रथितं जगत् ।
क्षितिं चाप्सु समावेश्य सलिलं चानले क्षिपेत् ॥ १६ ॥

16. The universe (jagat) is strung together by the all-pervading (reality) which is both diversified and unified. One should merge the earth (kṣiti) into water, and then cast the water (salila) into fire.
