योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-128, verse-10

विष्णौ तथात्मनः पादौ पायुं मित्रे तथैव च ।
उपस्थं कश्यपे न्यस्य मनश्चन्द्रे निवेशयेत् ॥ १० ॥

10. Likewise, one should place the feet of the individual self (ātman) in Viṣṇu, and similarly the anus in Mitra. Having placed the genitals in Kaśyapa, one should then place the mind in the moon.
