योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-128, verse-89

विजयो विक्रमेणेव प्रकाश इव तेजसा ।
प्रज्ञोत्कर्षः श्रुतेनेव सुपर्णेनायमुह्यते ॥ ८९ ॥
vijayo vikrameṇeva prakāśa iva tejasā ,

89. Just as victory is [attained] through valor, and light through brilliance, and the excellence of wisdom (prajñā) through sacred learning (śruti), so too is this one carried by Suparṇa (Garuda).
