योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-13, verse-20

उपादेयानुपतनं हेयैकान्तविवर्जनम् ।
यदेतन्मनसो राम तद्बन्धं विद्धि नेतरत् ॥ २० ॥
upādeyānupatanaṃ heyaikāntavivarjanam ,
yadetanmanaso rāma tadbandhaṃ viddhi netarat 20
20. upādeya anupatanam heya ekānta vivarjanam yat
etat manasaḥ rāma tat bandham viddhi na itarat

20. O Rāma, the pursuit of what is to be accepted and the exclusive avoidance of what is to be rejected—know this, and nothing else, to be the mind's bondage.
