महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-44, verse-98

कुशला देशभाषासु जल्पन्तोऽन्योन्यमीश्वराः ।
हृष्टाः परिपतन्ति स्म महापारिषदास्तथा ॥९८॥
98. kuśalā deśabhāṣāsu jalpanto'nyonyamīśvarāḥ ,
hṛṣṭāḥ paripatanti sma mahāpāriṣadāstathā.

98. The powerful lords, adept in the regional languages, conversed with each other and moved about joyfully. Similarly, the chief courtiers also hurried about.
