महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-44, verse-94

हस्तिनासाः कूर्मनासा वृकनासास्तथापरे ।
दीर्घोष्ठा दीर्घजिह्वाश्च विकराला ह्यधोमुखाः ॥९४॥
94. hastināsāḥ kūrmanāsā vṛkanāsāstathāpare ,
dīrghoṣṭhā dīrghajihvāśca vikarālā hyadhomukhāḥ.

dīrghoṣṭhāḥ dīrghajihvāḥ ca vikarālāḥ hi adhomukhāḥ

94. Others, indeed, had noses like elephants, noses like tortoises, or noses like wolves. They had long lips, long tongues, were hideous, and had faces turned downwards.
