बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-33, verse-93

भावे सूक्ष्मफलं ज्ञात्वा जातकस्य फलं वदेत् ।
केतौ स्वांशाद्द्वितीये वा तृतीये स्तब्धवाग् भवेत् ॥९३॥
93. bhāve sūkṣmaphalaṃ jñātvā jātakasya phalaṃ vadet .
ketau svāṃśāddvitīye vā tṛtīye stabdhavāg bhavet.
93. bhāve sūkṣmaphalam jñātvā jātakasya phalam vadet
ketau svāṃśāt dvitīye vā tṛtīye stabdhvāc bhavet
93. Having understood the subtle results of a house (bhāva), one should declare the native's results. If Ketu is in the second or third house from the Svāṃśa, the person will have blocked speech.
