बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-33, verse-86

ग्रन्थकर्ता भवेज्जातः सर्वविद्याविशारदः ।
तत्र दैत्यगुरौ किञ्चिदूनग्रन्थकरो भवेत् ॥८६॥
86. granthakartā bhavejjātaḥ sarvavidyāviśāradaḥ .
tatra daityagurau kiñcidūnagranthakaro bhavet.

86. A person becomes a scholar skilled in all branches of knowledge and an author. However, if the preceptor of demons (Śukra/Venus) occupies that specific position, the person will be an author of slightly fewer texts.
