When Ketu is conjoined with the Moon (Candra) and situated in the 12th house (vyaya) from the Kārakāṃśa lagna, then devotion (bhakti) to Gaurī (Pārvatī) will be for that native, and he becomes a worshiper of the Divine Mother (śakti).
