O Brahmin, if the Sun is in the Kāraka Amśa (the Navamśa occupied by the Kāraka planet), the native will be dedicated to government work. If the full Moon (pūrṇendu) is in the Kāraka Amśa, the person will enjoy comforts and be learned, especially if aspected by Venus (śukra).
