...then tuberculosis is certainly destined for that person if that combination (Rāhu and Mars in 4th/5th) is aspected by the Moon. Alternatively, if Mars is situated alone in the fourth or fifth house from its own Navāṃśa (swa-aṃśa)... (this condition continues into the next verse).
