तदा तु जायते मुक्तिः सायुज्यपदमाप्नुयात् ॥६५॥

If Ketu is in the twelfth house from the `kārakāṃśa` (the Navāṃśa sign of the Ātmakāraka) and is conjoined with or aspected by auspicious planets, then indeed, final liberation (mokṣa) occurs, and the native attains the state of ultimate union.
