व्यये च केवले केतौ पापयुक्तेक्षितेपि वा ।
न तदा जायते मुक्तिः शुभलोकं न पश्यति ॥६७॥

67. vyaye ca kevale ketau pāpayuktekṣitepi vā .
na tadā jāyate muktiḥ śubhalokaṃ na paśyati.

And if Ketu is merely situated alone in the 12th house (vyaya), or is conjoined with or aspected by a malefic (pāpa) planet, then liberation (mokṣa) does not occur, and the native does not perceive auspicious realms.
