बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-33, verse-60

कारकांशाच्च दशमे रविचन्द्रयुतेक्षिते ।
गुरुदृष्टयुते विप्र जातको राज्यभाग् भवेत् ॥६०॥
60. kārakāṃśācca daśame ravicandrayutekṣite .

gurudṛṣṭayute vipra jātakaḥ rājyabhāk bhavet
60. O Brahmin (vipra), if, from the Kāraka-aṃśa, the tenth house is conjoined with or aspected by the Sun and Moon, and additionally conjoined or aspected by Jupiter (guru), the native becomes a ruler.
