8. mīnāṃśe kārake jāto muktibhāg dvijasattama .

O best among Brahmins (dvijasattama)! If a significator (kāraka) is in the Pisces (mīna) *amsha*, the native (jātaḥ) becomes a recipient of final liberation (mokṣa). (A particular planetary indication) is not inauspicious if aspected by an auspicious planet, nor is it auspicious if aspected by a malefic planet.
