बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-33, verse-8

मीनांशे कारके जातो मुक्तिभाग् द्विजसत्तम ।
नाऽशुभं शुभसंदृष्टे न शुभं पापवीक्षिते ॥८॥
8. mīnāṃśe kārake jāto muktibhāg dvijasattama .
nā'śubhaṃ śubhasaṃdṛṣṭe na śubhaṃ pāpavīkṣite.
8. mīna aṃśe kārake jātaḥ mukti bhāg dvija sattama
na aśubham śubha saṃdṛṣṭe na śubham pāpa vīkṣite
8. O best among Brahmins (dvijasattama)! If a significator (kāraka) is in the Pisces (mīna) *amsha*, the native (jātaḥ) becomes a recipient of final liberation (mokṣa). (A particular planetary indication) is not inauspicious if aspected by an auspicious planet, nor is it auspicious if aspected by a malefic planet.
