O twice-born (dvija), if Ketu is in the fifth house, a person skilled with time-measuring devices (ghaṭikāyantrī) is born. But if Venus (Bhārgava) is present, a person is born as a poet, an eloquent speaker, and a connoisseur of literature (kāvya).
