बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-33, verse-63

कारकांशाद् व्ययस्थाने सद्ग्रहे सद्व्ययो भवेत् ।
असद्व्ययोऽशुभे ज्ञयो ग्रहाभावे च सत्फलम् ॥६३॥
63. kārakāṃśād vyayasthāne sadgrahe sadvyayo bhavet .
asadvyayo'śubhe jñayo grahābhāve ca satphalam.
63. kārakāṃśāt vyaya-sthāne sadgrahe sadvyayaḥ bhavet
asadvyayaḥ aśubhe jñeyaḥ graha-abhāve ca satphalam
63. From the `kārakāṃśa` (the Navāṃśa sign of the Ātmakāraka), if an auspicious planet is in the twelfth house, there will be beneficial expenses. If a malefic planet is present, one should understand that there will be detrimental expenses. And if no planet is present, there will be good results.
