बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-33, verse-88

सर्वविद्ग्रान्थिको जीवे न वाग्मी च सभादिषु ।
शब्दज्ञश्च विशेषेण वेदवेदान्तवित् तथा ॥८८॥
88. sarvavidgrānthiko jīve na vāgmī ca sabhādiṣu .
