बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-33, verse-75

कारकांशात् त्रिकोणस्थे पापखेतद्वये द्विज ।
मानवो मन्त्रतन्त्रज्ञो जायते नाऽत्र संशयः ॥७५॥

75. O twice-born one (dvija), if two malefic planets (pāpakhetadvaya) are situated in a trine (trikoṇa) from the Kārakaṃśa, a person becomes knowledgeable in mantras (mantra) and tantras (tantra); there is no doubt about this.
