तीर्थाम्बुधूतपापा च भवित्री नेदृशी यथा ।
तञ्चाह राजपुत्रं सा प्रश्रयावनता तदा ।
गन्तुकामा निजसखी-स्नेहविक्लवभाषिणी ॥६५॥

65. tīrthāmbudhūtapāpā ca bhavitrī nedṛśī yathā .

65.
(The friend continues to speak:) "And my sins will be washed away by the waters of holy places, so I will not remain as I am now." (Then, switching to the maiden's action): "Then, humbly bowed, she (the maiden) spoke to that prince, desirous of departing and her voice faltering from affection for her own friend."
