मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-21, verse-23

एवं विचिन्त्य वहुधा निश्वस्य च महीतले ।
उपविश्य ततो भेजे सा मूर्च्छां मदिरक्षणा ॥२३॥
23. evaṃ vicintya vahudhā niśvasya ca mahītale .
upaviśya tato bheje sā mūrcchāṃ madirakṣaṇā.

23. Having pondered thus in various ways, and sighing upon the ground, she, the woman with intoxicating eyes, sat down and then succumbed to a swoon.
