मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-21, verse-62

प्रज्वाल्य पावकं हुत्वा मन्त्रवित् कृतमङ्गलाम् ।
वैवाहिकविधिं कन्यां प्रतिपाद्य यथागतम् ॥६२॥
