मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-10, verse-49

क्षत्त्र्युग्रपुक्कसानां तु बिलौकोवधबन्धनम ।
धिग्वणानां चर्मकार्यं वेणानां भाण्डवादनम ॥४९॥
49. kṣattryugrapukkasānāṁ tu bilaukovadhabandhanam ,
dhigvaṇānāṁ carmakāryaṁ veṇānāṁ bhāṇḍavādanam.

49. kṣattryugrapukkasānām tu bilaukovadhabandhanam; dhigvaṇānām carmakāryam; veṇānām bhāṇḍavādanam.
49. For the Kṣattṛs, Ugras, and Pukkasas, it is the killing and trapping of burrowing animals; for the Dhigvaṇas, leather-work; and for the Veṇas, the playing of musical instruments.
