तस्य मे सर्वकार्येषु कार्यमेतन्मतं सदा ।
अर्जुनस्य परित्राणं कर्तव्यमिति संयुगे ॥८५॥

85. tasya me sarvakāryeṣu kāryametanmataṁ sadā ,
arjunasya paritrāṇaṁ kartavyamiti saṁyuge.

85. Regarding all his (Krishna's) affairs, this has always been my firm opinion: that the complete protection (paritrāṇa) of Arjuna must be accomplished in battle.
