स त्वं भ्रातुर्वयस्यस्य गुरोरपि च संयुगे ।
कुरु कृच्छ्रे सहायार्थमर्जुनस्य नरर्षभ ॥४६॥

46. Therefore, O best among men, you should provide help to Arjuna in this difficult battle (saṃyuga), for he is your brother, your friend, and even your preceptor (guru).
