76. nānāśastradharairghorairnānākavacabhūṣaṇaiḥ ,

dṛṣṭvā karṇo maheṣvāso yodhayāmāsa rākṣasam.

Having seen Ghatotkaca (ghaṭotkaca) surrounded by terrible (ghora) warriors bearing various weapons and adorned with diverse armors, just as Indra (Vāsava) is surrounded by fierce Maruts, Karṇa, the great archer, fought the Rākṣasa (rākṣasa).
