महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-150, verse-63

तिष्ठेदानीं न मे जीवन्सूतपुत्र गमिष्यसि ।
युद्धश्रद्धामहं तेऽद्य विनेष्यामि रणाजिरे ॥६३॥
63. tiṣṭhedānīṁ na me jīvansūtaputra gamiṣyasi ,
yuddhaśraddhāmahaṁ te'dya vineṣyāmi raṇājire.
63. tiṣṭha idānīm na me jīvan sūtaputra gamiṣyasi
yuddhaśraddhām aham te adya vineṣyāmi raṇājire
63. sūtaputra idānīm tiṣṭha me jīvan na gamiṣyasi
adya te yuddhaśraddhām aham raṇājire vineṣyāmi
63. Stop now. You, son of a charioteer, will not go on living because of me. Today, on the battlefield, I will destroy your desire for battle (śraddhā).
