महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-150, verse-47

घटोत्कचेन क्रुद्धेन गदा हेमाङ्गदा तदा ।
क्षिप्ता भ्राम्य शरैः सापि कर्णेनाभ्याहतापतत् ॥४७॥
47. ghaṭotkacena kruddhena gadā hemāṅgadā tadā ,
kṣiptā bhrāmya śaraiḥ sāpi karṇenābhyāhatāpatat.

47. Then, the enraged Ghaṭotkaca hurled a mace adorned with gold. But even that mace, whirling, was struck by Karṇa's arrows and fell to the ground.
